The AKG dyn60K was the first microphone made by AKG in 1948. It was handmade and is a rare, desiorable, vintage item. The mike is tested and functions nicely. It is of low impedance. It was designed for use both on vocals and instruments. The Dyn series existed in 3 versions; Dyn60 for vocals, Dyn60G for instruments and Dyn60k-studio (this one) for radio broadcast. AKG supplied the Dyn series to a number of other microphone companies at the time. The one for sale was distributed under AKG/Siemens. Tesla and Electra also distributed the Dyn series. Cosmetically, the mic is in excellent condition. It comes with the OEM stand and is fitted with an XLR cable. There are few minor scratches on the chrome. The design was actually quite futuristic for the time and likely reflected Machine-Age ideology. I have used the Dyn60K for vocals and miking guitar cabs. It sounded great in my opinion.
