BTH Cone, Bakelite Loudspeaker, Type E: circa 1930s

This magnificent bakelite loadspeaker is a relic of the early days of radio and audio. I have no way at present to assess its function but it is in excellent condition as the pictures attest. The bakelite is lusterous and this displays nicely.

I have found nothing on the British Thomson-Houston Co. (BTH) loudspeakers on the internet. The design is similar to Atwater-Kent and Philips loudspeakers of the era.

 

Postal Policy:

    The only postal option offered is the United States Postal Service, Priority and Express Priority. Insurance is highly recommended. I will assist you on any needed. insurance claims but I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged uninsured items.

    International postage will likewise be provided solely by the USPS but surface mail options are not provided as the delay in delivery often results in disputes and anxiety on both ends. Also, for all international orders, the buyer must supply a phone number for the customs form.
