The His Master's Voice (HMV) Model 2351 is a classic Vintage ribbon microphone manufactured in Great Britain in the late 1940s by EMI. Please review this excellent link for detailed information about this mike.

The cosmetic condition of this item is excellent as the pictures attest. I was unable to get it to work with alligator clips and I believe the cable is at fault. The ribbon is intact. The wooden case shows some signs of aging but all clasps close tightly and the mike stows securely inside with no wiggle room at all.
