This is Version 3 which now supports Windows 7 and Vista. The significant differences are as follows:

• One no longer needs to alter Regional and International Settings
• The Voice Files are human and better
• The Chinese is mostly in Pinyin with Simplified Viewed on the Main Screen.
• One may Save and Edit Favorite Phrases and Medical Data.
• English pronunciation is no longer supported in this version. Use Version 2 if you are using a Chinese Interface and or XP.
• The new version (as are the older versions) Open Source and can be accessed here:
• The entire project size is about 50MB including all dictionaries (adso) and voice files.
